The Method
Every course we offer is built on the same foundation: Virginia Satir’s six phases of transformative change – Making Contact, Validating, Facilitating Awareness, Promoting Acceptance, Eliciting Positive Choices, and Constructive Change.
This experiential structure is what makes our coaching and mentoring training so distinctive, and so effective, whether you’re here for personal growth or a professional credential.
The Certification Path
Our certification path builds in five levels, so you can stop after personal-growth training or continue all the way to becoming a Certified Master-Trainer:
Level 1 — Enriching Your Life (12 hours): a personal growth program focused on your relationship with yourself and others.
Level 2 — Coaching & Mentoring Specialist Introduction (8 hours): in-depth training in Satir’s concepts, process, and change-focused skills.
Level 3 — Coaching & Mentoring Specialist Certificate (20 hours): specialist training with a supervised practicum, culminating in your formal certification.
Level 4 — Certified Trainer (20 hours): learn to mentor and train new candidates in the Satir method.
Level 5 — Certified Master Trainer (hours vary): train the trainers.
All levels are available in individual or group format, in Spanish or English, fully online.
